West Florida Bank Corporation (Flagship Bank) Provides Notice of Data Security Event Tampa Bay, Florida, February 18, 2026. Today, Flagship Bank issued notice of a recent data security event that potentially affected information related to certain individuals. On May 7, 2025, Flagship Bank became aware of suspicious activity within their environment. We promptly took steps to secure our network and launched an investigation. The investigation determined unauthorized access within Flagship Banks environment occurred on April 15, 2025, due to a social engineering scheme. Although we have no evidence of any identity theft or fraud occurring in connection with this incident, Flagship Bank conducted a review of relevant systems and is notifying those whose information was present within the systems.
