HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY (AUTHORITY) 
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE-SOURCE
The Authority intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract with Brock Solutions US Systems LLC for the purchase of technical support services for the proprietary Brock Smart Suite upper-level software and programming on the Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Firms that believe they can meet or exceed these requirements must provide, in writing, convincing technical data sufficient to support their position.
