NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 27, 2026 in Civil Case No. 052025CA026061XXCABC of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Brevard County, Viera, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and 770 Alpha Fund LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Jennifer Johnston, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Brevard County Government Center, 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, FL, 32780 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of February, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 4, Powells Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 84, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
