Bids received will be opened at 10:30 AM on March 10, 2026, for the following: 29-RFP-26 Disaster Recovery Debris Removal Services This project is federally funded. All proposers must familiarize themselves with all federal requirements priorto submitting a response to this solicitation. A non-mandatory VIRTUAL Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on February 18, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. This pre-proposalmeeting will allow the proposers the opportunity to bring forward any questions concerning this RFP. Interested partiesmay attend telephonically by calling the number below. To attend in person, interested parties should check in at theInformation Desk in Building A to be escorted to this meeting. Proposers may join the pre-proposal meeting via Microsoft Teams (audio only). Any uncertainty regarding the time a Submittalis received will be resolved against the Firm. Proposals are received in accordance with the City Policies for the City of PalmBay, Florida. The City reserves the right to waive proposal informality or technicality and to accept or reject any or all proposals.
