NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS TO: ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL PROPERTY: 2022 HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE, VIN: 1HD1FVC14NB602432 SEIZED ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 19, 2025, AT OR NEAR 3000 SR 44, NEW SMYRNA BEACH, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA. NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 932.704 et. seq., Florida Statutes, that the property described above was seized for forfeiture by the Volusia Sheriff's Office, on the date and at the place stated. The Property is being held by the Volusia Sheriff's Office. A forfeiture complaint has been filed, and all potential claimants who have a legal interest in the subject property must file an Answer to the Complaint within twenty (20) days of service. If you are a claimant having a legal interest in the subject property a copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the Volusia County Attorney's Office, Attention: Sheriff's Legal Advisor, 123 W.
