NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2025 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for April 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM dated April 6, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25CA000384AX of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2019-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and ROSE ANN ZOVISTOSKI A/K/A ROSE A. ZOVISTOSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MINDI ZOVISTOSKI, are Defendants.
GREGORY C. HARRELL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.marion.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of May, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
