Final Judgment was awarded on April 1, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 000770, of the Circuit Court of the NINETEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Martin County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS THE TRUSTEE OF ADMT 2023-NQM4 is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL CASTILLERO; NIKKI MAZZOLA-CASTILLERO; CANOPY CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
