FERGUSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, Defendants. NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the certain Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 15, 2026, in Case No. CONO-26-005523 of the County Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein CENCLUB RECREATION MANAGEMENT, INC. is the Plaintiff, and NORMA J.
