NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FORECLOSE Jerry E. Aron, P.A. has been appointed as Trustee by Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated for the purposes of instituting a Trustee Foreclosure and Sale under Florida Statutes 721.856. The obligors listed below are hereby notified that you are in default on your account by failing to make the required payments pursuant to your Promissory Note. If you do not object to the use of trustee foreclosure procedure, you will not be subject to a deficiency judgment even if the proceeds from the sale of your timeshare interest are sufficient to offset the amounts secured by the lien.
