NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, entered on April 9, 2026, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 26, 2025 in Case No. 2025-CA-000677-0000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and GABRIEL JAMES WEISS, CHRISTINA MARIE LOPEZ, NANCY 
FULLWOOD LOPEZ, CRAIG RAYMOND LOPEZ and MATTIE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of May 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
