LANGWORTHY is the Plaintiff and LIONEL R. STRATTON and CAITLIN E. STRATTON are the Defendants, I will sell to the
best and highest bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, in Room 245, Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601, on the 28th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
