YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiffs lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Lee County, Florida: 
UNIT 2 OF PLAZA 47 WEST, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1260, Pg. 1940, of the Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements (the Property). 
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiffs attorney, Justin B. Mazzara, Esq., Pope, Mazzara & Menendez, PLLC, 5252 Summerlin Commons Way, Unit 104, Fort Myers, Florida 33907 within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. 
NOTICE REGARDING ATTORNEY AD LITEM 
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the Court appointed Elizabeth C. Bentley, Esq., as Attorney Ad Litem to represent the interests of the Estate of Jeanne M. Bosworth, deceased, and any unknown heirs or beneficiaries of said Estate. 
The Attorney Ad Litem has filed an Answer on behalf of the Estate, and such Answer shall be deemed filed on behalf of the Estate and any unknown heirs or interested parties represented therein. 
This Notice of Action is provided to ensure compliance with Chapter 49, Florida Statutes, and to afford notice to any additional parties whose identities or whereabouts may be unknown.
