NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 27, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-005243 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CMG MORTGAGE, INC is Plaintiff, and TAIMARA DOMINGUEZ AGUIAR and RAVEN COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C.
