NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Order Approving Stipulation and Final Judgment for Foreclosure After Default dated April 15, 2026 entered in Case No. 2026 CA 01 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Wakulla County, Florida, wherein Centennial Bank is the Plaintiff and Austen Peterson, Kaitlyn Peterson and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individuals who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants are the Defendants, the undersigned will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Wakulla County Courthouse, 3056 Crawfordville Hwy., Crawfordville, Florida 32327, at 11:00 a.m. on June 18, 2026, the property as set forth in said Final Judgment and further described as:
Lot 6, Block “A”, of Gulfbreeze Village, a subdivision as per map or plat thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 39, Page 593, of the Public Records of Wakulla County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH access provided by Easement dated April10, 1970, recorded in Official Records Book 23, Page 545, and that certain Grant of Easement, dated December 4, 2022, recorded in Official Records Book 1295, Page 840 and that certain Grant of Easement, dated December 15, 2022, recorded in Official Records Book 1295, Page 843 of the Public Records of Wakulla County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds are unclaimed.
