NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024 12194 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida and ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE FORECLOSURE SALE, entered on March 25, 2026 wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF WAMPUS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, is the Plaintiff and Nicole States; Unknown Spouse of Nicole States NKA Mike States; Gregory Mextorf; Lauren Mextorf; Janel Mextorf; Unknown Spouse of Janel Mextorf; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A JEFF OLSON are Defendants, Laura E. Roth, Volusia County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusiarealforeclose.com at 11 a.m. , on June 2, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
