NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2026, and entered in Case No. 35-2025-CA-001321-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the 5TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE, LP, is Plaintiff and Katrina R. Miller; Unknown Spouse of Katrina R. Miller, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Lake County Clerk of the Court will sell at 1st Floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, Florida 32778 at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK V, SOUTH PINE LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
