NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 12, 2025 in Civil Case No. 012024CA003085XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Alachua County, Gainesville, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and Eustace Morrison a/k/a Eustace E. Morrison a/k/a Eustace Elkanah Adolphus Morrison, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, J.K. "JESS" IRBY, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.alachua.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of April, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
