Fair, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, J.K. "JESS" IRBY, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.alachua.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 89, Haile Plantation, Unit I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book K, Page 51, Public Records of Alachua County, Florida.
