  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2026, and entered in CASE NO.: 2025-CC-009397 of the County Court in and for Polk County, wherein ASPENWOOD AT GRENELEFE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL WARFEL are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 A.M. on June 29, 2026 via online sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com to wit:
  Unit 78 of Aspenwood at Grenelefe Condominium, Phase 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2499, Page 340, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration. with a street address of: 78 Aspen Drive, Haines City Florida 33845.
  Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the Foreclosure Sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
