YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action Partition real property in the Circuit Court in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida styled as Case No.: 16-2021-CP-000624, Division PR-A- Franklin David Beard and Janet Bear Carter, v. Janice Register, Joyce Morgan, Tony Morris, Jeffery Morris, et. al., to the property located in Duval County FL more particularly describes as follows:
A PART OF LOTS 20, 21 AND 22, BLOCK E, LACKAWANNA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 66, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: 
COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF DELMAR AVENUE, WHICH POINT IS 47.65 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 21; FROM THIS POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTH 100 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE WEST 300.89 FEET TO A POINT IN THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 22; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE EAST 300.89 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
