NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2026, and entered in Case No. 16-2025-CA-004893 of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Carolyn L. Curtis; Unknown Spouse of Carolyn L. Curtis; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Duval County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at:

at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, OAK HARBOR, UNIT NUMBER 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 58 OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
