SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF DUVAL, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOT 83, HIDDEN LAKES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 88, 88A, 88B AND 88C, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT BEFORE OR NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
