NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2026, and entered in Case No. 24-2021-CA-046 of the Circuit Court of the Third Judicial Circuit in and for Hamilton County, Florida in which Celink, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Betty Pearl Morris a/k/a Betty Morris, deceased; Emmanuel Rayam; John Rayam;Lenora Moore;  Leonard Rayam; Randy Rayam; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Deborah Ann Aikens, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Betty Pearl Morris, deceased; Deborah Ann Aikens a/k/a Deborah Aikens; Juliet Tucker; Syndiretha Warren; Gwendolyn Curry; Bennie J.
