TRUSTEES NOTICE OF SALE TO: (See Exhibit A Obligor) The Manley Law Firm LLC has been appointed as Trustee by Beach House Condominium Association of Key West, Inc., a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Florida for the purpose of instituting a Trustee Foreclosure and Sale under Fla. Stat. 721.855 on the following Timeshare Ownership Interest at Beach House described as: Unit Week (See Exhibit A- Week), in Unit (See Exhibit A-Unit), Beach House, a condominium, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1510, Page 225, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.. The default giving rise to these proceedings is the failure of the Obligors (See Exhibit A Obligor) to pay condominium assessments and dues resulting in a Claim of Lien encumbering the Timeshare Ownership Interest as recorded in the Official Records of Monroe County, Florida. The Obligor has the right to object to this Trustee proceeding by serving written objection on the Trustee named below. The foreclosure of the Claim of Lien of the Obligor in this notice shall be subject to the judicial foreclosure procedure only upon receipt of an objection form. The Obligor has the right to cure the default any time after the date of this Notice (See Exhibit A-Notice Date) until the Trustees sale of the Timeshare Ownership Interest. The Claim of Lien may be cured by sending certified funds to the Trustee payable to the Lienholder in the amount of (See Exhibit A-Total), plus interest (calculated by multiplying (See Exhibit A-Per Diem) times the number of days that have elapsed since the date of this Notice), plus the costs of this proceeding. The Obligor will not be subject to a deficiency judgment even if the proceeds from the Trustees sale of the Timeshare Ownership Interest are insufficient to offset the amounts secured by the Claim of Lien.
