NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued on the 27th day of March, A.D., 2026, issued in the County Court of Osceola County, Florida, in the cause wherein Financial Assistance, Inc. is/are plaintiff(s)and Celeste Bishop Stein is/are defendant(s), being Case Number 2025-CC-5339-OT, in said court, I, Chris Blackmon, as Sheriff of Osceola County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title, and interest of the defendant(s) Celeste Bishop Stein in and to the following described Real Property to wit:

The Following described land, situate, lying and being in the Osceola County, Florida to-wit: Unit 406 of Meridian Palms Commercial Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3346, page 1665, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said declaration.

On the 19th day of May, A.D., 2026, on the steps of the Osceola County Courthouse, in the city of Kissimmee, Florida 34741, at the hour of 11 oclock AM or as soon thereafter as possible, I, Chris Blackmon, Sheriff of Osceola County, will offer for sale all of the said Plaintiff/Counter-Defendants Celeste Bishop Steinright, title, and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances, and judgments, if any, to the highest bidder or bidders for CASH IN HAND. No time will be allowed for anyone to leave the premises to acquire additional funds. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payments of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution.
