DEL PRINCIPE; GOODLEAP, LLC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.The Clerk of the Court, Kelvin Soto, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor,) Kissimmee, FL 34741 on MAY 19, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
