NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 16, 2026 in Case No. 53-2025-CA-001981 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC is Plaintiff, and CHRISTIAN A.
