NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2026, and entered in 35-2024-CA-001208-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALVIN ROOSEVELT CARR A/K/A ALVIN ROSSEVELT CARR, DECEASED; KATHY ANN CARR A/K/A KATHY CARR A/K/A KATHY A.
