NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-020538-CA-01 of the Circuit Court of the 11th Judicial Circuit, in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, wherein the Parties are identified as Plaintiff, FIFTH HORIZONS CONDOMINIUM, INC. and Defendant, ESTATE OF DONALD BAUMAN, Deceased, et al, the Clerk of Court Juan Fernandez-Barquin, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.miamidade.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m. on May 19, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to Wit:
Unit No. 121, of Fifth Horizons Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated July 5, 1967 filed for record on July 5, 1967 and recorded in Official Records Book 5546, Page 468, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in common property declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the described private dwelling.
Property address: 19001 NE 14th Avenue, #121, Miami, Florida 33179.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST FROM THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
