Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 01, 2023 in
Civil Case No. 22000630CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of
the FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Santa Rosa County,
Milton, Florida, wherein FIRSTBANK is Plaintiff and DANIEL
MORGAN DAVIS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court,
JASON D. ENGLISH, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best
bidder for cash at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com in accordance
with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of
May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property
as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block C, The Second Addition to Woodlands
Phase One, a subdivision of a portion of Section 26, Township
1 North, Range 29 West, according to plat recorded in Plat
Book 12 page 82 of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County,
Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the
sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of
the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the
surplus as unclaimed.
