NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure sale entered on March 19, 2026, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 20, 2025 in Case No.: 2025 CA 001604 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and RAYMOND KENNETH DELFA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ALEXANDER FLUERY, and UNKNWON TENANT #2 NKA COLLIN FORD are Defendants, the Office of Karen E.
