NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.: 2025-CA-003965 LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, v. ERIN PERRY, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that, Karen E.
