NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-1084, Dwayne Mass v. Michael J. Edwards and Tracie Edwards, husband and wife, Kristen Miller, and Gregory C. Harrell, Marion County Clerk of Court, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Court, Gregory C. Harrell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.marion.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026, the following property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
