NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2025-CA-011175-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and JAMES L. MUIR, IV; WATERMARK AT HORIZON WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 27th day of May, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 171, OF WATERMARK PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 32 THROUGH 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
