NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2026, and entered in Civil Case No. 502026CC001245XXXANB - Division RH of the County Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein THE BROADVIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, is the Plaintiff, and BONNIE D'ALVIA is the Defendant.
