NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for April 08, 2026 dated the 6th day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25000359CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, CHRISTOPHER RAPHIAL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER ADAM RAPHIAL, ISABELLE MICHELLE RAPHIAL A/K/A ISABELLE RAPHIAL A/K/A ISABELLE MICHELLE REILLY A/K/A ISABELLE REILLY AND WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF FIGRE TRUST 2023-HE2 are defendants.
