Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure filed the 15th day of April, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025001472CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BURNT STORE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and GUAPOMO, LLC is the Defendant.
