The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas, County, Florida; Case No. 2025CA00397; and is styled Rocket Mortgage, LLC s/b/m Nationstar Mortgage LLC vs. Jared Darwin Rentz.
