NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on March 18, 2026, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 10, 2025, in Case No. 2025-CA-000054 MF of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein OCEAN BREEZE INVESTMENT TRUST, is Plaintiff, and FLORIDA SOURCE GROUP, INC., LA GOCHA INVESTMENT, LLC, CRISTIAN DANIEL BATRES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRISTIAN DANIEL BATRES N/K/A BIANCA FLORES, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MARLON BUESO and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGIE CASTRO, are Defendants, the Office of Kelvin Soto, Osceola County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204, Kissimmee, FL 34741, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of MAY 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
