NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for February 25, 2026 dated the 20th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. 16-2024-CA-002279, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MELVIN HOGG, JR. A/K/A MELVIN HOGG A/K/A MELVIN J. HOGG A/K/A MELVIN HOGGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELVIN HOGG, JR. A/K/A MELVIN HOGG A/K/A MELVIN J. HOGG A/K/A MELVIN HOGGS; and RUTH W.
