MUNDY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIRGINIA L. MUNDY; SUMMERGATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT 6110 OF PHASE 6, SUMMERGATE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5923, PAGE 662, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENT THERETO FOR THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PHASE, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6462, PAGE 2819, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
