INC.; SIEBRANDT COMMERCIAL LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S), Defendant. TO: PETERS4YOU CORP. INC. and SIEBRANDT COMMERCIAL LLC; YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Unit 134D of WILDEWOOD SPRINGS IIB, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 972, Page 1663, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
