NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Testate) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION CASE NO: 26-001650-ES-04 IN RE: ESTATE OF PATRICIA ELEANOR DAVENPORT, Decedent. The administration of the Estate of Patricia Eleanor Davenport, Deceased, whose date of death was December 20, 2025; Case Number 26-001650-ES-04, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The date of the Will is May 9, 2019. The name and address of the Personal Representative are Ian R. Greenway, Box 813, 200 2nd Avenue South, St Petersburg, FL 33701, and the name and address of the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedents Estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
