KUBA, deceased, whose date of death was December 29, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, Ref No. 26-002111-ES4, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The name and address of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below.
