NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION UNIFORM CASE NO.: 522026CP002568XXESP LOCAL REFERENCE NO.: 26-002568-ES IN RE: Estate of YVONNE-MARIE KIMBERLY, Deceased. The administration of the estate of YVONNE-MARIE KIMBERLY, Deceased, Uniform Case Number 522026CP002568XXESP and Local Reference Number 26-002568-ES, whose date of death was August 3, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The names and addresses of the Personal Representatives and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedents estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this Court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
