NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE PETITION AND ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE PALMETTO RIDGE II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 190, FLORIDA STATUTES 
In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, will hold a public hearing beginning at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday April 7, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse Boardroom 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City Florida 33525, to consider a petition and the adoption of an ordinance to Establish the Palmetto Ridge II Community Development District. 
The boundaries of the land to be serviced by the Palmetto Ridge II Community Development District are outlined on the map depicted above. The petitioner has proposed to establish the Palmetto Ridge II  Community Development District to plan, finance, acquire, construct, operate, and maintain all infrastructure and community facilities that may be authorized by such districts under Florida law, including, but not limited to, water management and control, water supply, sewer, wastewater management, bridges or culverts, roads and street lights, parks and recreational facilities, and specific other projects when expressly approved or required by a local government and any other facilities in accordance with Section 190.012(1), Florida Statutes.
