NOTICE OF SALE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO: 25-CC-2072 QUAILS RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ENGLEWOOD, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, vs. ESTATE OF WILLIAM H. FERGUSON, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION, Defendants.
