NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 10th day of March 2026, in Case No.: 2025CA001745CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE RESEARCH CENTER, LLC D/B/A VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS, A MISSOURI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK COMBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK COMBS; KIMBERLY ANKENY-COMBS; FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; THE PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; CROSS RIVER BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
