NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING 
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Parkview at Long Lake Ranch Community Development District (District) will hold a Regular Meeting and an Audit Committee Meeting on March 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at the Long Lake Reserve Amenity Center, 19617 Breynia Drive, Lutz, Florida 33558.                 
The Audit Committee, when designated by the Board, will establish criteria for the evaluation of audit services to be provided by a certified public accounting firm duly licensed under Chapter 473 and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy. The Audit Committee will publicly announce a request for proposals (RFP) for annual audit services. 
Immediately following the Audit Committee meeting, the Board of Supervisors of the District will hold its regular meeting to consider any and all business which may properly come before it, including the establishment and designation of the Audit Committee. 
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal hours or by visiting the Districts website,  http://www.parkviewatlonglakeranchcdd.net/. 
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meetings with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
