The administration of the estate of ROGER E. ANDERSON, deceased, whose date of death was May 26, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, Probate Division, File  No. 2025CP002039CPAXWS, the address of which is 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. 
All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against decedents estate, including unmatured, contingent, or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this notice, served must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.

A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OR CURATOR HAS NO DUTY TO DISCOVER WHETHER ANY PROPERTY HELD AT THE TIME OF THE DECEDENTS DEATH BY THE DECEDENT OR THE DECEDENTS SURVIVING SPOUSE IS PROPERTY TO WHICH THE FLORIDA UNIFORM DISPOSITION OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY RIGHTS AT DEATH ACT AS DESCRIBED IN SS. 732.216-732.228, APPLIES, OR MAY APPLY, UNLESS A WRITTEN DEMAND IS MADE BY A CREDITOR AS SPECIFIED UNDER S. 732.2211.
